Vivienne Westwood is so much more than a fashion designer - she's queen of punk, ceator of some of the world's most beautiful couture and a grande dame of British eccentricity - a real pioneer. She uses her profile and her brand as a platform to spark debate over the issues she cares about. And above that, she wants to know why the climate change matters. What it means is you have to live 'greener'. As a fashion designers, what changes would you make in your business? The first thing Westwood did wat promoting the idea of 'Do It Yourself'. Make your own T-shirt, bu putting a picture in a plastic sleeve and pinning it on.
